Now you can get a heads up with Sun Chaser, the app that tells you when youll see the next beautiful sunrise or sunset where you are!

Sun Chaser is powered by a cutting edge algorithm processing millions of data points daily to analyse upcoming sunrises and sunsets. Unlike other sunrise/sunset forecasts, Sun Chaser performs a minute-by-minute 3D simulation of sunrise/sunset to determine where cloud and colours will occur, resulting in far better accuracy. Forecasts are available across all of Australia and are updated every six hours.

The forecast is a rating out of 5 suns: totally cloudy is 0/5, clear sky is 3/5, and brilliant colour all across the sky is 5/5. Clouds are potentially bad or good depending on whether colourful sunlight hits them. Dark clouds reduce the rating while colourful clouds increase the rating.

All users can see the next 24 hours of sunrise and sunset with analysis of cloud cover and colour quality. By adding Legend Level with a one-time purchase, youll unlock all five days of forecasts, rain and fog probabilities, and notifications before sunrise/sunset and on forecast updates.
